I thought I’d offer a glimpse of what homesteading looks like at our house.
Homesteading = making do with what’s already in the pantry, the fridge, the freezer.
Tonight it was black rice with edamame and toasted walnuts. Somehow our homesteading almost always involves toasted walnuts (last night, it was whole wheat pasta with Brie sauce and toasted walnuts).
Anybody else out there with homesteading stories to share?
